Ideal season for the tour
April marks the beginning of tourist season in Ladakh when the place begins to warm up with tourist activity though not all roads are open
June is the best time of the year to visit if you wish to enjoy the snowy roads and mountains en route.
Mid-September to Mid-October is one of the best seasons of all for visiting as the monsoons have ended and the roads are open and motorable and the lakes and snow have slowly melted revealing the natural beauty.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Leh
At 3500 meters or 11560 feet above sea level, Leh is known for its Buddhist sites and nearby trekking areas.
- Arrival in Leh.
- Transfer to the hotel
- Relax for half a day for acclimatization.
- Visit The Indian Army Hall of Fame (post lunch), which is a war museum dedicated to the brave martyrs of the Indian Army.
- Visit the Leh palace - The palace of the erstwhile King of Ladakh and
- The Shanti Stupa which offers you a panoramic view of entire Leh town, Indus valley and the lofty mountains of the Zanskar & Ladakh range
- Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel
Day 2: Leh -> Sham Valley Tour
The Sham Valley is also known as the 'apricot valley' since it is home to the apricot flower that blooms only during winters.
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Pick up from accommodation for the Sham valley tour.
- Enroute, visit the Gurudwara Pather Saheb, Indus - Zanskar confluence (Sangam) and Magnetic Hill.
- Overnight and dinner at the hotel.
Day 3: Leh to Nubra Valley (4-5 hours)
With breathtaking views and delightfully hospitable inhabitants, the Nubra Valley is quite an experience.
- After breakfast, drive to the Nubra Valley via Khardungla (one of the Highest Motorable roads in the World, 18,380 ft).
- Do not miss the customary hot noodles at Khardungla.
- Arrive at Sumur by afternoon and check-in at the camp.
- Rest of the day one is free to explore Diskit, Hundar Village (30 km from camp)
- Enjoy the one of a kind Bactrian Camel Safari (on double-humped camels) in the sand dunes between Diskit and Hunder Village (130 Km).
- Overnight stay and dinner at the camp (Or similar)
Day 4: Nubra to Leh (4-5 hours)
- After breakfast, visit the Diskit Monastery, where you can see the Giant Statue of Maitriya Buddha and take in the magnificent view of Nubra Valley.
- Drive back to Leh by the same route, crossing Khardungla Pass (130 km).
- Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.
Day 5- Leh to Pangong Lake (5-6 hours)
Pangong Lake is the highest salt water lake in the World, shared by two countries, India and China.
- After an early breakfast leave for the lake (14,500 ft) through the Changla Pass (17,350 ft) which is the third highest motorable road in the world.
- We suggest an early departure from Leh as the journey might take 5 to 7 hours considering the road condition and breaks. This will ensure ample time to enjoy the lake during the evening.
- Upon arrival, visit the location where the movie '3 Idiots' was filmed which is also known as shooting point.
- Later, take a walk along the scenic turquoise colored lake and enjoy its beauty.
- Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel
Day 6- Pangong to Leh (5-6 hours)
- After breakfast return from Pangong Lake via the same route.
- Plan a visit to Hemis or Shey monastery which are on the way.
- The evening is free for shopping and a stroll around the Leh Bazaar
- Overnight stay and dinner at the hotel.
Day 7: Departure from Leh
- Checkout from the hotel and transfer to the airport based on flight timings.
- Time to say 'Julley' to Leh and fly back home with memories to cherish for a lifetime.

- The rates mentioned (if any) is been based on an estimated price for the season and bookings will be made after discussions for the customization.
- The actual rates might vary based on the availability of the exact travel date, and actual flight charges and on the date of booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation charges will vary for specific destinations and seasons. For flight inclusive packages, the cancellation policy of the respective airline will take precedence. Below is the general guideline for cancellations:
- From booking date till 31 days prior to departure - 40 % of Package Cost
- 16 to 30 Days prior to departure - 70% of Package Cost
- Less than 24 hrs to 15 Days prior to departure - 100% of Package Cost.
