Unforgettable memories are assured when you travel to Bulgaria and Romania, the spectacular and mesmerizing treasures of the Balkans

Bulgaria-a cultural melting pot, with Greek, Slavic, Ottoman, and Persian influences has a rich heritage of traditional dance, music, costumes, and crafts. Gorgeous seasides, sacred buildings in spectacular settings, granite cliffs, thrashing streams, and lonely mountain passes are what await you here

Romania, the land that gave us ‘Dracula’ has a landscape of rocky mountains and rolling hills and is steeped in history. Jaw dropping castles on precarious hilltops, folk museums, particularly the open-air skansens and village museums are what you will find here along with a rich peasant culture.

This package covers Sofia (2N), Plovdiv, Varna (1N), Bucharest (3N) and Transylvania

Ideal season for the tour

As with all European capitals, the best time to visit Bucharest is during spring or autumn- April, May, September. Spring is pleasant with cool mornings and nights and warm days. Summer is quite warm, with extended sunny days.

Romania has a temperate-continental climate and the temperatures vary significantly during the year. Considering the weather conditions, the best time to do a tour of Romania would be from March to October as the weather is not very cold and the roads are clean and practicable. Sometimes the summer could be very hot, but this is difficult to predict.
