Terms & Conditions for Valentine Day Referral Contest
This Contest is being organized by SelfRoadiez Travel Solutions Pvt.Ltd. (herein after called as “Organizer”). By entering the contest, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by Terms & Conditions. The decision of the Organizer for all matters relating to the contest shall be final and abiding in all respects.
Contest Eligibility Rules
The Valentine Day Referral Contest is open from 4nd February 2016 until 14th February 2016 – 6 pm IST.
This contest is open to all Indian residents above the age of 23 years and who holds a valid Indian or International driving license.
The participant should also hold a valid credit card on which a Refundable deposit amount will be charged for the Drive Holiday as per our Car Rental partner – Mylescars.com policy.
This contest is not open for participation to Directors, Members, Partners, Employees (permanent or on contract), Agents or Consultants or any other person who directly or indirectly is associated with the promotions and marketing of the Organizer.
To enter the contest, visit the website, register and participate on the option given and an Email will be automatically sent to you with the details of the competition.
The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. The Organizer also reserves the right to hold or withdraw the contest or change the rules without any prior notice.
The Contest submission will be based in accordance with the contest theme.
Contest Rules
Only those who have registered at www.selfroadiez.com will be considered “participants” and be eligible for this contest.
The participant needs to refer a minimum count of 5 friends to become eligible for this Valentine Day Referral Contest.
All “Participants” are also bound by general or specific Terms and conditions of the website usage of selfroadiez.com or/ and its partners as the case may be.
The Organizer will review the emails and if it is found to be received from a fake account or misleading accounts with fake profiles or any obscene/vulgar comments, not related to the theme or against any of the rules and terms specified here – then the participant’s entry will not be accepted for the contest.
There is only One (1) winner on this Valentine Day Referral Contest and the Organizer will make the Winner announcement after the contest ends.
The “Assured Gifts” will be given to all participants who register or sign up on the www.selfroadiez.com website during the contest duration
The Organizer reserves all the rights to reject any entry if it is found violating any rule of this contest.
Organizer reserves all the rights to terminate the competition in case of any unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such termination all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Organizer, its partners and staff.
Winners and Prizes
One (1) lucky winner will be selected randomly by use of a computer program by the Organizer to win the 2N/3D Self-Drive Holiday Package at a time convenient to the participant but within the month of February 2016.The Prize includes: SUV or equivalent car for self-drive – to and fro – to an offbeat destination in India (South region), two (2) nights’ accommodation for 2 people at a resort provided by our accommodation partners, three (3) meals during the stay period of two (2) nights and one(1) breakfast on the 3rd day of the stay (departure day). The Organizer will not cover any additional travel costs of flight or train to reach the starting destination. The travel considered for this package is only for journey by road (car) provided by our Car rental partner Myles.
The draw will take place after the contest end date and the winner will be notified via email. The Organizer will endeavour to contact the prize winner by email or via social media network. If, however, the winner cannot be reached after 5 attempts have been made during business hours within a period of 36 hours for any reason whatsoever, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the competition rules.
We will also post the Winners name on our Social Media Network and on the website page where contest details have been posted.
The Organizer reserves the right to request that images taken of the winner be used for publicity purpose in any manner they deem fit, without any further remuneration being made payable to the winner, which request the winner may decline.
The prize is not exchangeable for any other prize/items and not transferrable and the winner will have to claim the prize within 5 days of the draw having taken place and confirm receipt for any prize received and failure to claim the prize or a refusal or inability to comply herewith will disqualify the winner and a new winner will be drawn in their place at the sole discretion of the Organizer.
The winner will have the choice to decide on the date of travel subject to availability any time on or before 31st of March 2016.
The “Assured Gifts on Registration” communication will be done via email on or before 21st of February 2016 after the user registers his/her profile on www.selfroadiez.com
Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory bodies/authority or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the winner due to the provision of the Prize offer, shall be adhered by the participant and is his/her sole responsibility.
