Accommodation at the Riverside Resort at Kodagu is categorized under three types of cottages: Deluxe AC Cottage, Den AC Cottage, Premium AC Cottage. There are 32 spacious rooms in 18 independent cottages connected by open pathways. The 12 Den AC Cottages are plantation-style circular cottages with a spacious room and an attached bathroom. The 12 Deluxe AC Cottages are traditional-style cottages with a spacious bedroom, a small dressing area, an attached bathroom and a private sit out area. The 8 Premium AC Cottages are large duplex cottages with a living room on the ground floor and the bedroom on the floor above. These cottages also have a private sit out area. All the cottages are equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The natural beauty of the location, together with the facilities at the resort, offers an invitation no traveler can deny.

- All booking confirmations of the booking will be done only on receipt of 100% Advance payment.
- The package starts from Lunch on the check in day and closes by Breakfast on the check out day.
- Additional nights will be charged on a pro rata basis
- All extras also to be cleared during the time of check out.
- Outside Liquor, food, beverages are not allowed
- The tentative room booking has to be confirmed within 3 days of inquiry after which the bookings will be released.

Cancellation policy
- 10% for all confirmed cancellations.
- 25% of rack rate will be deducted for cancellations prior to two weeks before check in date.
- 50% of rack rate will be deducted for cancellations prior to one week before check in date.
- No refund for cancellations less than seven days before check in date.
- Confirmed dates may be altered only if intimation in writing reaches the company 20 days prior to check-in date

If you have a thing for adventure, a wide range of activities such as river rafting, river crossing, ziplining, boating, and air rifle shooting can be arranged for you. Those who would rather break a sweat on the trekking trails can go for plantation treks with expert guides.
Is roaming around and visiting some popular tourist destinations in your list? Coorg is a paradise for sightseers as it has everything from temples and waterfall to national parks and historical monuments. The Tibetan settlement at Bylakuppe is just 50 km away from the property. The Raja’s Seat (33km), Dubare elephant camp (34km), Abby Falls (40 km), and Nagarhole National Park (68km) are also worth making a trip to.
