Burrowed into the heart of the Western Ghats, this pretty Plantation Cottage at Pollibetta is surrounded by a sea of coffee plantations. The mist-covered landscape makes for a picturesque setting every morning while the colorful flowers in the garden around give the place a cheery touch. The chirping of songbirds and the absence of artificial noises makes it a peaceful setting for families, couples, and groups alike.

This elegant Plantation Cottage at Pollibetta has been around for three decades and is surrounded by a verdant garden with manicured lawns and cozy nooks where you can relax with a hot cup of freshly ground coffee. Designed to look like a typical Coorgi residence, the cottage has a tiled roof and plenty of windows to let in an abundance of natural air and light. The in-house chef is accomplished in a variety of cuisines including North India, Continental, and Coorgi cuisine. For non-vegetarians, local Coorgi delicacies such as Pandi curry or Kori curry served with piping hot Akki Rotis is not to be missed.

There are three rooms at this comfortable Plantation Cottage at Pollibetta which all feature en-suite facilities apart from a spacious common living room and a dining room. Each of the rooms offers spectacular views of the coffee plantations and comes with elegant wooden furniture. A dressing table, work desk, and bedside table are some of the furniture you will find in each room. Thick drapes and matching rugs complete the décor. The different color themes in every room look pleasant and welcoming. Satellite television, WiFi, hot and cold water, and air conditioning are the standard features of every room. All this make it the ideal location to enjoy a few days of solitude away from the hustle bustle of daily life.

• All Guests are required to produce proper proof of identification upon check-in. 
• Valid identification documents include Passport, Voter’s ID, Driver’s License, PAN Card.
• Document must include a photograph.

• Confirmed reservation may be altered/canceled only if intimation in writing reaches the company 30 days prior to the check-in date.
• Cancellation of confirmed booking attracts 20% cancellation charges.
• Cancellation of confirmed booking on or before 15 days prior to check in date will attract 50% cancellation charges. No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before
• No refund for cancellations less than 15 days before check-in date.
• No Show charge: No refund and will be charged 100% retention for the length of stay. Early Departure: 100% retention on the balance night booked.
• Early Departure: 100% retention on the balance night booked.

Refund Policy:

• Refund for a confirmed booking will only be considered if intimation in writing reaches the company 30 days prior to the check-in date with cancellation charges.
• Refund is paid through cheque in the name of the person who made the booking and payment.
• Refund process takes 45 days.
