Cancellation policy
- 50% percent of the tariff shall be retained as cancellation charges and the balance shall be refunded after adjusting the transaction charges if any.
- However, in certain cases, at the sole discretion of the property management, a credit note may be issued for availing the stay to be used within next 45 days from the date of actual booking equivalent to the cancellation charges.

Ooty, the Queen of Hills, is a land of biodiversity with pristine hills, clear water bodies, rich flora, and fauna. One can plan visits to the nearby Nilgiri Library, Stephen’s Church, Doddabetta Peak, Rose Garden, Botanical Garden and Bee Museum. Stroll in the scenic town of Ooty and go boating at the Ooty Lake.
As both Coonoor and Pykara are just an hour away from Ooty, a trip to visit Pykara Lake, waterfalls, Sim’s Park, Dolphin’s Nose Viewpoint and other places, can be planned. Rides on the Nilgiri mountain train, treks, visit a tea factory or a tea estate too can be arranged on prior requests. Staying indoors and within the premises of Lymond House too is a good idea.
