Situated by the banks of the River Cauvery, Bheemeshwari Adventure And Nature Camp is simply mesmerizing with its rich natural bounty comprising of waterfalls, lush green woods, streams, pools, and deep gorges. Far yet close to urban life, this camp is a sought-after destination for a few thrills and some fun.
The rooms at Bheemeshwari Adventure And Nature Camp are very spacious and comfortable. The camp gives you a choice of Log Huts, Tented Cottages, Luxury Cottages, and Bamboo Huts. Whatever the choice, guests are sure to have a memorable stay at the camp. Designed in a way as to make them part of the environment as much as possible, the rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities.
Bheemeshwari Adventure And Nature Camp has a wide range of adventure activities and you are sure to find something you like or have always wanted to do! River rafting, rope walking, coracle rides, kayaking, zip line, nature walks and treks to hillocks are offered here to get your adrenaline pumping. Wildlife enthusiasts can get up and close with various animals like herds of elephants, spotted deer, wild buffalo, and over 200 species of birds.
Bheemeshwari Adventure And Nature Camp is conveniently located and there are many tourist spots of interest nearby. If you are not in the mood to leave the camp, then just go for a stroll around the property to rejuvenate yourself.
Or simply sit down in the verandah and soak in the marvels of nature as you listen to the chirping of birds. The nights here are so tranquil so as to transport you to a world of your own while you gaze up at the starry sky. Mornings are extremely cool and offer a great opportunity to get some fresh air with a brisk walk or leisurely stroll.

- A government approved identity document is required at the time of check-in.
- Foreign tourists will also need to have proof of identity as per regulations.
- Tariffs are charged per person per night on twin-sharing basis.
- Transfers to and from the resort are not included in the tariff.
- Single occupancy charges are applicable.
- Children (accompanying parents) between 5 and 12 years get a discount of 50% on tariff.
- Tariff may be changed without prior notice.
General Tips
- Dress for comfort. Do avoid bright colours and stick to muted shades of green, black, grey, and brown. The more you blend with the background, the better.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes.
- Avoid smoking - anything can start a forest fire.
- You'll be spending a lot of time outdoors. Don't forget your hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, torch, etc.
- Avoid plastics. We're really trying to cut down on plastics.
Cancellation policy
- 100% advance for confirmation.
- 10% of the tariff if cancelled two weeks or more than two weeks before check-in date/time.
- 50% of the tariff if cancelled between 48 hours to two weeks before check-in date/time.
- No refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before check-in date/time.
Postpone or Pre pone Booking:
- One postponement/ pre ponement is free if requested two weeks or more than two weeks before check in date/time (once postponed /pre poned, there can be no further change or cancellation).
- 10% of the tariff if requested between 48 hours to two weeks before check-in date/time.
- 50% of the tariff if requested within 24 hours to 48 hours before check-in date/time.
- No modification if requested within 24 hours to check-in.

While at the nature camp, you can enjoy adventure activities like trekking, coracle ride, rafting, kayaking, parallel walk/rope walk, mountain biking, zip line, apart from bird-watching and Kokkarebellur Bird Sanctuary is also located nearby.
Tourist spots in the vicinity are Shivanasamudra, Talakaadu, Somanathapura, Srirangapatna, Sangam, and Galibore Fishing Camp.
How to reach
Bheemeshwari is about 100 kms (app 3 hrs) and 80 kms (app 2 hrs 30 mins) away from Bangalore and Mysore, respectively. From Bangalore, take the Kanakpura – Kollegal Highway. Then take a turn at Halagur and drive down on the Halagur – Muttathi Road to reach your destination.
