Accommodation inclusions

Accommodation exclusions
- Children between the age group of 5 to 12 years will be charged 50% on the meal and extra bed rates.
- Children above the age of 12 years will be treated as adult.
Terms & Conditions
- A government approved identity document is required at the time of check-in.
- Foreign tourists will also need to have proof of identity as per regulations. All foreign nationals will have to carry their passports with valid visas and other relevant documents.
- A recent government notification requires all guests to carry photo identification proof with residential address details at the time of check-in. For Indian residents, the photo identity proof can either be the guest's passport, driving license, voter identification card or the Aadhar card. For guests residing outside India, guest's passport is mandatory. As per government notification, PAN card will not be accepted.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed reservations after the cut-off date.
- Should there be a revision in taxes the revised structure will be applicable.
- All guaranteed reservations will be held until 1800 hours on the day of arrival unless specified of late arrival.
- The rates are not valid for conferences, delegations, or incentive tours etc for which the rates will be negotiated on a case-to-case basis.
- In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you despite your holding a guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternate accommodation and transport for the guest at our cost.
- The Management will not be liable for any theft, loss or damage to the client belongings and his/her guest’s belongings including parking of the guest’s vehicles during the stay.
- The client will be liable to fully compensate the hotel for any damage caused to hotel property and/or equipment/s by the client or the client’s guests/invitees or any one employed or acting on behalf of the client.
- The client will be responsible for the protection of all hotel property in case of outside props or equipment brought into the hotel by them or their affiliates. Any damage to the hotel surfaces, due to disregard of hotel policy in this matter will be charged to the client.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission and can ask any person/s who is/are not properly attired or who misbehaves, to leave hotel premises forthwith. Apart from the approved parties /agencies of the hotel, no other party / agency will be permitted to the hotel premises.

Cancellation policy
- FIT bookings: off season - 7 days in advance, season - 30 days in advance, and peak season - 60 days in advance, failing which rooms will be automatically released by the system.
- Group Bookings: off season - 21 days in advance, season - 60 days in advance.
- Refunds, if any, shall only be made in Indian currency. Bank charges, if any, would be debited to the account of the Client.
Guaranteed Reservation and No Show
- Bookings canceled after the cancellation period and in the case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the expected bill as retention.
