Cancellation policy
- 50 % percent of tariff shall be retained as cancellation charges and the balance shall be refunded after adjusting the transaction charges if any.
- However, in certain cases, at the sole discretion of the property management, a credit note may be issued for availing the stay to be used within next 45 days from the date of actual booking equivalent to the cancellation charges.

Coonoor’s close proximity to Ooty calls for a memorable drive followed by a ride in the Ooty Mountain Train. Sim’s Park, a Japanese style botanical garden, is the most widely visited. Treks to the Nilgiris too can be arranged on request.
Visit to a nearby tea factory, Lamb's Rock, Catherine Falls, and Dolphin's Nose viewpoint can be planned to maximize your holiday experience. On the premises, the visitors can enjoy indoor games and lawn badminton apart from relaxing on the veranda sipping tea or under the eucalyptus tree on the lawn doing nothing.
How to reach
Coonoor is easily accessible by road from Bangalore via Ooty. While the nearest airport is 70 km (app 2 hrs) away at Coimbatore, the closest railhead is 35 km (app 1 hr) away at Mettupalayam. On reaching Coonoor bus junction, take the road leading to Sim’s Park. Then take the road left when you reach St. Antony’s School. Further down, a few meters of hairpin bends away, on the right of Orange Grove Road is the Resort.
