- You can check-in at the homestay after 2 PM and check-out before 10.30 AM.
- Reservations can be confirmed only against 100% payment of the booking amount.
- Food or stay will not be provided to drivers, maids, and caretakers.
- Extra mattresses won’t be provided.
- Accommodation is free for children aged below 10 years.
Cancellation policy
- You can cancel or amend a confirmed booking provided that the request for cancellation or amendment is made in writing.
- If you cancel a confirmed booking 45 days or more before the date of check-in, 25% of the booking amount will be levied as the cancellation fee.
- All cancellations made between 44 to 15 days prior to the check-in date will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
- For cancellations made between 14 to 5 days before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee will be 85% of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the check-in and no-shows will attract 100% cancellation fee.

Rail enthusiasts can board the train to Mysore Junction (100 km) or Mangalore Central (170 km), two major railheads close to the property. Hassan, at a distance of about 105 km is another option you can consider while Bangalore City Railway Station is at a distance of about 240 km from the property.
