The international airport in Bangalore is a 2 hour 40 min flight away from Neil Island. The airport in Chennai has five to six daily nonstop flights and many connecting flights to Port Blair. From Port Blair, you can take a boat to Neil Island.
By Rail:
If you are traveling by train from the Northern, Eastern or Western parts of the country, you can transit at the railway station in Chennai and then take a flight to Port Blair.
By Water:
The closest port from Neil Island is in Visakhapatnam. Ship services connect the island to cities such as Chennai, Visakhapatnam, and Kolkata through their respective ports.
