The Glamping And Heritage Retreat In Ladakh is an eco-resort nestled in the high valleys of Nimmu in Leh. It’s a century-old noble house that was renovated and converted into an alluring boutique hotel. The property promises to be a Himalayan paradise with its exceptional setting and traditional beauty symbolic of the region’s heritage. Nestled amid apricot trees in the foothills of golden mountains, the retreat is your gateway to authentic Ladakhi architecture and culture. The location of the property couldn’t get more scenic—the confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers is a sight you can savor anytime you want. The property has a stable with cows, yaks, goats, and other animals. Adding to its aura are two Buddhist temples. The glamping retreat pampers its guests’ taste buds with authentic Ladakhi cuisine along with a variety of options Indian, Tibetan, Asian, Mediterranean and French dishes on the menu. All the dishes prepared at the resort’s kitchen are made using locally grown and products sourced either from the orchards on the property or from a friendly neighbor’s farm.

Accommodation at the Glamping And Heritage Retreat In Ladakh is available in four Heritage Rooms, called Likir Rooms, Matho Room, Rizong Room and Phuktal Room, and seven Deluxe Tents categorized as Double Tents and Twin Tents. While the rooms are located on the first floor of the main house, the tents are spread across the orchard. The Double Tents feature a king size bed and the Twin Tents have two single beds. All the rooms and tents are spacious and are tastefully decorated in tune with true Ladakhi traditions. They are well-furnished and equipped with all the modern comforts. Each of the rooms and tents has a private bathroom and feature all the necessary amenities, including solar-heated water. The accommodation at the glamping retreat designed to be charming, cozy, and comfortable, all at the same time.
