- Each room has a limit of one extra person aged 5 years and above.
- The check-in time at the hotel is 2 PM and 11 AM is the check-out time.
- Bonafide tour leaders can be arranged and they are provided free of cost for groups comprising 15 or more full paying pax.
- For groups with less than 15 but more than 9 people (all full paying), a discount of 50% on tour leaders can be availed.
- Please note that the availability some of the activities (complimentary and chargeable) might be subject to certain external causes, such as bad weather conditions.
Cancellation policy
- Individual travelers can cancel reservations between 15 to 7 days before the confirmed check-in date for a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
- Canceling a reservation 7 days before the arrival date will incur a fee of 100 % of the booking amount.
- Cancellation of group tours will incur 50% cancellation fee on the booking amount if done between 30 and 15 days before check in and 100% cancellation fee if done 15 days before the date of arrival. The same cancellation fees apply for reducing the number of rooms.
